What We Teach: The Leadership Journey
The leadership journey is lifelong. As one advances along the path, both personally and professionally, she evolves. We recognize each individual’s unique place on this path and design curriculum to meet the needs of our learners. Our program targets four key areas of the leadership journey:
Leading Self – e.g., self-awareness, strengths, leadership styles, emotional intelligence, core values, leading by following
Leading Others – e.g., culture and belonging, what motivates people, how to influence others
Leading Process – e.g., effective meetings, delegation, feedback
Leading Change – e.g., how people react to change, Kotter’s principles of leading change, what makes change successful

Marcie Borgal Shunk is President & Founder of The Tilt Institute, specializing in helping firms shepherd significant transformation. Marcie trains and coaches leadership teams and emerging leaders to create dynamic plans, shift mindsets and motivate action. She combines the principles of leading change with deep analytical experience in the business of law to give her clients a comprehensive toolkit to apply to ever-changing challenges and opportunities.
