Assessment

We leverage science-backed assessments, powerful assets in the leadership journey that help develop essential skills for continued growth and improvement.

Design

Our programs combine instructor-led working sessions with remote learning as well as a practical application – a “capstone” – which allows lawyers to synthesize and apply what they have just learned to a current, real-life scenario.

Engagement

We work closely with firm leadership to create the environment and space necessary for learners to show up. We, in turn, leverage proven adult learning principles such as experiential learning, real-world application and demonstrated relevance to enhance the learning experience.

Measurement

We deploy evaluations and solicit feedback to ensure alignment with the firm’s and learners’ goals. We debrief these results with clients and often host follow-on sessions for leaders to share how they have applied new skills to their daily practice.
