Seeking an Executive Coordinator

At The Tilt Institute our mission is to advance leaders for strategic advantage. One of the driving forces behind our highly acclaimed programs is a skilled and dedicated project management team. We are seeking a highly qualified executive assistant with project management experience to help facilitate our seminal Leadership Foundations program and support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in project management as well as experience working in a client-facing role.

 Responsibilities:

  • Proactive calendar and resource management

  • Actively manage executive schedule and priority tasks

  • Communicate with clients as needed in a professional manner

  • Facilitate meetings between executive and clients and/or potential targets

  • Maintain tracking system for business development

  • Execute project management of Tilt’s Leadership Foundations programs using established system

  • Support executive and provide additional support to team as needed

  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials

  • Update client presentations as needed

 

Skills and qualifications:

  •  5+ years in executive support role

  • Exceptional client service orientation and professional communication skills

  • 3+ years project management

  • Self-starter with strong initiative and curiosity

  • Tech-savvy with demonstrated willingness and capacity to learn new tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and deadlines

  • Experience with Google Calendar and Zoom

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint

Remote work opportunity. Flexible schedule. 15hr a week $26-$35 per hour dependent on experience. The ideal candidate will start May 15th, 2024.
