Our cultural programs pinpoint advantages, uncover vulnerabilities and isolate opportunities to evolve and grow to meet changing talent demands.
Culture is the proverbial glue that can accelerate – or deter – strategic growth. The Tilt Institute helps…Measure it. Define it. Achieve it.

· Potential sources of disengagement or internal conflict
· Whether firm culture aligns with the needs and wants of talent

Assessment
We use a recognized, validated measurement tool to define culture - and the prevailing, unwritten rules influencing people’s behavior. Our analysis delineates critical gaps, determines the impact of culture on outcomes such as client and employee satisfaction and identifies any experience imbalances across the firm-driven approach to
Alignment
We work with our clients to prioritize areas of focus– the key factors that will drive strategic goals or boost the likelihood of success of a critical change initiative. We lead one or more working sessions with designated leaders and stakeholders to align recommended next steps with firm goals, strategy and intentions for the future.
Achievement
Based on strategic goals, we create clear, implementation plans and set milestones, metrics and a timeline to assess progress. Outcomes from our cultural work are largely firm-dependent and as varied as our clients themselves. Recent examples of planned next steps include: a) evaluation and tailoring of partner expectations; b) investments in strategic areas core to firm goals such as professional development and performance management; and c) establishment of client service standards to capture and promote positive behaviors.
